Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the Demco seven-foot-long, seven-way to six-way trailer connector adapter. Now, this adapter will run power from your motorhome to your towed vehicle using the seven-way and six-way connectors. It is a nice coiled cord, which will stretch up to seven feet in length, prevents the wires from dragging on the ground, and the cord will contract for storage. This is designed to withstand the elements. It has a nice vinyl-coated wire and silicone-injected plugs.This part will include everything here on the table. It includes the coiled cable with the two female connectors, the seven-way on one end, six-way on the other; one male connector plug, and a nice set of detailed instructions.
And again, the extended length on this cord is seven feet. But, that should do it for the review on the Demco seven-foot-long, seven-way to six-way trailer connector adapter.
I can only wish that other businesses had the kind of customer service and support that etrailer provide. Etrailer rock!
This Demco power harness to our towed Jeep was perfect. Highly recommend!
It's really a heavy duty cable, maybe a tad short, but it does stretch out ok. Works great.

The cord is great and works just as advertised. The only drawback is that the picture on the box shows a blade six pin connector not the actual round pin connector on that end. I had a momentary heart attack until I got the box open and inspected the actual cord.
Worked well and seems to be high quality. Would recommend.
After a careful review of all the flat towing options available for the 2020 Jeep Gladiator I chose the Demco Excalibar II and tab less baseplate. The engineering and build quality are superb and they have a few features that just aren't available on other tow bars - with the limited life time warranty being a huge benefit. The advantages of ordering from etrailer are not only competitive pricing but amazing in-stock inventory. But the biggest advantage they have is the level of expertise available from their "how to" video library and the towing/RVing gurus available by phone. I have yet to be disappointed.

After a year of use Im sure glad we chose the Demco Excalibar and Baseplate combo. It is easy to install, doesnt require any cutting or modifications to our Gladiator and the tow bar is VERY sturdy and is also very easy to hook up and to un hook once we reach our destination. I heartily recommend not only Demco but eTrailer too due to their amazing expertise.
I have used Demco products for 25 years. They have always been great. Demco company has always been easy to work with and very helpful when I had questions about products I am using.
Demco’s tow bar for my Jeep behind the motor home works great hooking up and unhooking works much better than other systems I have used.

I haven't yet installed the 6-way receiver plug on my Jeep, but the kit looks well made and heavy duty. Looking forward to putting it to the test in a few weeks.

After 1 yr of use, I wonder why I didn’t replace this connection earlier. The blades and pins match up perfectly as it takes very little effort to . Old pin required jiggling, swearing, and contortions to .

I have to compliment Rebecca and the entire staff of etrailer for processing my order for a Demco tow bar. I ordered the Demco to match an previously installed tow bar on a 1999 Geo Tracker. Had no idea what mfr provided the original tow bar but Rebecca did the research and quickly responded identifying the original mfr, model, and the various accessories needed to tow the car. The entire process was a success and cant thank etrailer enough for the prompt response.

Excellent Service I was able to find he product that i needed and place the order without any issues. The shipping was free and it came on time. I liked the video on the product because I was able to make sure the product was correct before I placed the order.
I had to take a part one of the plugs because the wires were hanging out of the plug and had to shorten the wires so the red insulation was on the inside of the plug .

My original got damaged and needed just a cable replacement. A bit more expensive than I would have hoped but it should work perfect without having to do any alterations. etrailer is very easy to get parts from and delivery was quick.

This product is much heavier than the original. It has great flexibility and provides a secure connection. Was very happy with the product and as usual the great service from etrailer.

Happy to find this option. I didn’t have to resort to re-wiring a plug.
Cord cover separated from automobile connection. Still operational, but expect failure soon due to environmental exposure of internal wiring

I hope that the harness continues to work for you. I would like to see if you would be able to send a picture of the cover separation? How often are you flat towing? How far apart would you say that the RV is from the vehicle when using the adapter?
I had issues ordering this item through another reseller but Tammy took the time to understand exactly what I needed and get me the right part.

Had this cord a couple years, really like it. Bought all demco parts to tow my F150, couldnt be happier.
